1. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Once a student has paid the course or subscription fee for online mock tests, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to:

  • Course fees (IELTS, English language, or related training)
  • One-on-one sessions
  • Digital materials, downloadable resources, or recorded lessons
  • Membership or subscription-based services

All payments are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Reason for Non-Refundability

Our services consist of digital content, intellectual materials, and personalised training.

Once access is granted or material is delivered, the service is deemed "consumed." Because of this, we cannot reverse access or reclaim digital goods — hence, refunds are not possible.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment gateway error (e.g., double charge).

In such cases, please contact us at support@linguapractice.com within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Service Quality Concerns

If you face any technical issue, access problem, or course-related concern, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve your issue through:

  • Access restoration: If you have forgotten your password, contact us and we will send a new one immediately.
  • Rescheduling classes: Before paying for online courses, it is advised to contact us to agree on a class time. If you are unable to attend a previously agreed session, we will try our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, fees will not be refunded.
  • Replacement sessions or materials: If you have missed classes due to a genuine reason, we will provide extra sessions to compensate.

We are committed to ensuring you receive the full value of what you paid for.

5. Payment Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase on our website, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy, and
  • Agree that all payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable except in cases outlined above.
